All Roads Lead To The Grind

The GRIND is real.

Yesterday you had a baseball game. One of three things happened:

1) You played well

2) You did not play well

3) You did not play

Regardless of which one happened - all roads lead back to the GRIND if you want to accomplish something big.

1) You played well

If you played well, you need to use that fuel to get back after it to achieve new heights.

"Success isn't rented - it's leased and the rent is due everyday" - JJ Watt

2) You did not play well

If you did not play well, you need to take a hard look at what went wrong and get back after it to get better.

“Hustle isn’t just working on the things you like. It means doing the things you don’t enjoy so you can do the things you love.” – Unknown

3)You did not play

If you did not play - do not make excuses - own it and commit to working harder than everyone else to be demonstrably better than everyone else - so the coach cannot take you off the field.

“Quit hating and trying to be like the next man. Get on your own grind and be better than the next man - Surgeo Bell
