Hard 90 Alumni Shine at 2025 Area Code Games
Two Hard 90 Baseball alumni, Owen Lesser and Jordan Walczykowski, proved they belong among the nation’s elite with impressive showings at this year’s Area Code Games Upperclass Division.
Competing on the Biggest Stage
The Area Code Games are widely recognized as the premier showcase for high school baseball players in the United States. Featuring the top 200 players in the country, the event draws every Major League Baseball organization and every major college program. For players, it’s the ultimate opportunity to perform in front of decision-makers at the next level.
Owen Lesser – Power on the Mound
Owen, one of the most coveted pitching prospects in the Class of 2026, took the mound for two innings against some of the best bats in the nation. He allowed just one run while featuring a fastball in the low 90s that turned heads among scouts and coaches. His ability to command the zone and compete with confidence reinforced his standing as a top arm to watch in the 2026 class.
Jordan Walczykowski – Producing at the Plate
Jordan, ranked among the top outfielders in the country, showed why he’s considered a five-tool threat. Over the course of the event, he hit .333 at the plate with two walks, demonstrating both his ability to square up elite pitching and his patience in the box. Combined with his defense and athleticism in the outfield, Jordan left a strong impression on every scout in attendance.
A Proud Hard 90 Moment
For Hard 90, seeing Owen and Jordan thrive at the Area Code Games is a proud moment. Their success reflects years of commitment to training, competing, and pursuing excellence — values that are at the core of the Hard 90 program.
We congratulate Owen and Jordan on making their mark at the Area Codes and can’t wait to see what’s next as they continue their journeys toward college baseball and beyond.
