SOFTBALL Power Hitting
Ages 7-12 · $159/month · 1-hour sessions · 6 students per instructor
Real softball hitting mechanics, not just swings in a cage. Players work through dynamic warmups, posture and tee progression, front toss, and live at-bats — then get measured, with monthly HitTrax assessments tracking exit velocity and hard-hit rate. Members also get discounts on Camps and Private Lessons.

SOFTBALL Jr. High Hitting
Grades 6–8 · $199/month · 7 days/week
Hitting a softball is the hardest thing to do in sports — it takes a defined approach, real athleticism, and reps that build proper movement patterns, not just swings. JR. High Softball Hitting is a college-style workout built specifically for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade travel ball players, with professional instruction seven days a week designed to prepare players to become an impact player in high school. Members also get a discount on Private Lessons.

Camps
Ages 7–12 · Full-Day · 9 AM–3 PM
Hard 90 has been running youth softball camps in the Sacramento region for over 20 years — the right mix of real instruction and games to make a full day at the field fly by. Mornings are drill-based, covering the fundamentals and the mental side of the game; afternoons are live games. Bring lunch, athletic shoes, comfortable clothes, a bat, helmet, and glove.
