Hard 90 has several travel baseball teams ranging from 10U-18U.
Players are always welcome to try out if they are interested in joining the Hard 90 family! Just give us a call at (916) 365-4977 to schedule your assessment or keep up with our social media for details about upcoming tryouts.
What Makes us different
Hard 90 Baseball is very different from other baseball organizations. We ensure that our players are prepared not only physically, but also mentally every time they step onto the field. We challenge them to set goals and to always improve their game.We strive to prepare our players for success in baseball using these four areas:
Our Travel Baseball Program focuses on improving our players' skills, along with developing their mental game as well. A Team Membership is a commitment for a full Travel Ball Season, which runs from August to July (we do shut down the players' arms but continue to train during shut down periods.)
A Travel Team Membership consists of:

Indoor Practices at The Clubhouse (our training facility)

Outdoor Practices at Mather Field in Rancho Cordova

Tournaments on weekends throughout the season
Team Members also get:

Unlimited Access to The Clubhouse 7 days a week (space permitting) to practice their skills

Established in 2005, Hard 90 is proud to boast an alumni of over 400 collegiate and professional players.
Do you want to develop your 5 baseball tools and develop a baseball IQ fit for professional baseball in a state-of-the-art training environment?
Hard 90 developed its curriculum with coaches from the LA Dodgers, the San Francisco Giants, Stanford Baseball, and Rocklin High School.

Do you desire to play baseball at the highest level?
Hard 90 Baseball has 15 years of experience preparing players for the highest level. 350+ Hard 90 Alumni have played either college and professional baseball.
Do you desire to be the best player on your high school varsity team?
Hard 90's summer baseball program is designed for players to achieve huge gains in their 6 tools of baseball (hit, hit for power, run, throw, field, and baseball IQ.) Each player will receive a personal plan to win a top spot on their varsity team next year.
Do you desire to play college baseball?
Each Hard 90 player that desires to play in college will receive a personalized recruiting plan from College Baseball Match.
