4 Things To Get Ready For High School Baseball

With the growth of baseball academies and travel baseball, the competition for roster spots and playing time in high school baseball gets tougher each year.

Hard 90 coaches our ball players to be demonstrably better than any other player on the field to secure the roster spot and a place in the lineup.

If you are in junior high school, there is no time to waste in preparing for your first high school season. Take these steps to make sure you are prepared:

  1. Find a baseball academy and travel baseball team that has a track record for developing ball players for high school.

  2. Train in the 5 tools of baseball 5 to 6 days a week.

  3. Join a strength, speed and agility class taught specifically for baseball.

  4. Develop a growth mindset that focuses on the process of getting better and overcoming adversity.

Established in 2005, Hard 90 has not only prepared over 1,000 ball players for high school baseball - over 400 of those ball players have gone on to play collegiate and professional baseball.

If you are in 7th or 8th grade, you can register your interest for one of our travel teams,
