360 Players Introduced to Power Hitting.

At Hard 90, we believe every player deserves a chance to start the season with confidence at the plate.

That’s exactly why we launched 30 for 30.

Over 30 days, we hosted 30 Little League teams from 8 local leagues and gave 360 players a free introductory Power Hitting class to help them get ready for the season. It was our way of giving back to the baseball community while helping young hitters build a stronger foundation before Opening Day.

The leagues that joined us included EDH, Ponderosa, Roseville, Folsom American, Folsom National, Hangtown, Calaveras National, and Fair Oaks / Orangevale Little League (FOVLL).

Seeing that many young players come through our facility in one month was special. The energy was high, the players were eager to learn, and the cages were filled with the kind of excitement that reminds us why we do this in the first place.

More Than a Free Class

This wasn’t just about getting swings in.

Each team got an introduction to the principles of Power Hitting — the same style of training we use to help players create better movement, better intent, and better results at the plate.

For a lot of young players, “power” sounds like something that only belongs to the biggest or strongest kids. But real power hitting is not just about swinging harder. It’s about learning how to move the right way, use the body efficiently, and make stronger contact more consistently.

In these sessions, players were introduced to:

  • better body movement through the swing

  • stronger, more athletic positions

  • how to create more bat speed

  • how to drive the ball with intent

  • how to build confidence in the box

Our goal was simple: help players understand that power is something that can be trained.

Why This Matters

Little League is where love for the game begins.

It’s where players learn how to compete, how to be part of a team, and how to grow through failure and success. It’s also the stage where confidence can really start to take off — or disappear.

When a player feels overmatched at the plate, the game gets harder fast. But when that same player starts to understand how to move better, swing with intent, and drive the baseball, everything changes. They walk to the plate differently. They compete differently. They start believing they can do damage.

That belief matters.

30 for 30 gave us a chance to plant that seed in 360 kids before the season even began.

A Huge Thank You to Our Local Leagues

We’re incredibly thankful to the coaches, team parents, and league leaders who trusted Hard 90 to be part of their preseason preparation.

Your support, organization, and commitment to player development made this possible.

This Is Just the Beginning

30 for 30 was not meant to be a one-time event. It was meant to be the start of something bigger.

We want to continue helping Little League players in our community develop the tools they need to become stronger, more confident hitters. For players who came through the intro class and are ready for the next step, our Power Hitting Membership is designed to keep that momentum going.

The intro class showed players what Power Hitting is.

The membership is where they build it.

Through consistent training, players can continue developing the mechanics, movement patterns, and confidence needed to become more dangerous hitters throughout the season.

Ready for the Next Step?

If your player participated in 30 for 30 and loved the Power Hitting intro, now is the time to keep going.

Join the Hard 90 Power Hitting Membership and help your player continue building:

  • bat speed

  • stronger swing mechanics

  • better contact

  • more confidence at the plate
