Summer Camp Agenda

Celebrating 20 years of summer camp, Hard 90 is excited to announce its 20th annual Summer Baseball and Softball Camp!

Hard 90 Baseball and Softball Summer Camps welcome young athletes aged 7-12 from all skill levels to enhance their skills and deepen their love for the game.

Campers may begin their day at 8:30 AM with early drop-off for additional practice swings.

The camp officially opens at 9:00 AM with a briefing to discuss the day's agenda and to assign groups based on age and skill in baseball or softball. Hard 90 has hosted a diverse group of athletes, ranging from beginners to experienced travel ball players.

At 9:15 AM, activities move to Sudsy Field for a session of dynamic and static stretches.

Starting at 9:30 AM, campers participate in group skills rotations focusing on the essential tools of baseball and softball: hitting, hitting for power, throwing, fielding, and running. Professional instructors use a standardized curriculum that adjusts in pace and complexity according to the group’s skills.

Campers break for lunch at 12:00 PM, during which they can watch baseball programming and play snaps for baseball cards.

After lunch, at 1:00 PM, campers begin with a dynamic warm-up and static stretching.

At 1:15 PM, the afternoon session starts, filled with fun games that reinforce the skills practiced in the morning. Favorites include a simulated game on the HitTrax, Wiffle Ball on Sudsy Field, and various Camp Olympics activities.

The camps are held at The Clubhouse, a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor training facility.

The lineup for our 2024 Summer Camp is filling up quickly—be sure to sign up today to secure your spot!
