Throwing A Baseball
The POWER POSITION is important to throwing hard and developing proper mechanics to have longevity. Whether you are a pitcher or a position player you must get into a proper power position to maximize velocity and arm health.
As you can see in the photos above, the power position is an athletic position, feet greater than shoulder width apart, knees bent, glove side (glove or elbow) leading to the target and throwing arm at 90 degrees ready to be receive power from the lower half.
Keeping the power position in mind, the team at Hard 90 Baseball has developed Power Pitching - a class allows players to maximize velocity and arm health through proper repetition under the tutelage of professional instructors.
