Hard 90 Baseball just completed their second Complete Hitting Program and the students achieved outstanding results! Each player in the class added 10PMH of average batted ball exit speed off of a tee in 8 weeks of training. Participants in this class made gains by improving their hitting mechanics, approach at the plate and specific strength training.
