Baseball is a data driven sport.  Each of the 5 Tools have quantifiable and trainable elements to improve a player's overall game.

Hard 90 leverages state-of-the-art technology including the HitTrax Baseball Simulator and Stalker Radar guns to measure different aspects of the game.  These measurements allow our players to assess their progress toward their goals.

To further our data assessments, Hard 90 Baseball is the only organization in the Sacramento Area to have measurements from 10 local high schools and all 1,131 4 year colleges.  This data allows players to see where they stand and to set attainable goals.
