Power Hitting Exit Velos Rise

The Power Hitting Exit Velocity rose program wide in the month of February by 1 MPH. The greatest single increase was 5 MPH. We had 8 new entrants to the top 15 in the month of March with all time best readings.

Hard 90 measures exit velocities of Power Hitters once a month using the HitTrax - a state of the art hitting simulator. Exit velocity is measured off a tee for consistency of readings.

Exit velocity is an important measurement in the hit and hit for power tool. In general, the harder the baseball comes off the bat, the more success the batter has at the plate.

Hard 90 trains exit velocity in the core hitting curriculum through posture drills, hitting mechanics, core strength and mindset.
