His Coaching Philosophy: "Although I am new to baseball from the side of coaching, I have loved the game intensely for much of my life and in that and my experiences throughout my career, I feel I have gained a good understanding and perspective on what it takes to meaningfully foster that love for the game that keeps the joy and passion alive in the players. To me, this is the best thing and most important thing about the game, enjoying it for all it is."
