15 Years of Summer Baseball Camp
Hard 90 is kicking off its 15th year of Summer Baseball Camp!
The Hard 90 Baseball Summer Camps are designed for players ages 7-12 of all skill levels to improve their skills and love for the game.
Campers can begin their day at 8:30AM taking extra swings at early drop off.
At 9:00AM, the camp officially kicks off with a camp briefing letting the campers know the schedule for the day. Campers also get group assignments based on age level and baseball ability. (Hard 90 has hosted campers of all skill levels from beginners to seasoned travel ball players.)
At 9:15AM, campers head out to Sudsy Field for a morning dynamic and static stretch.
At 9:30AM, campers will start their morning group skills rotations where they work on the 5 tools of baseball (hit, hit for power, throw, field and run.) Our professional instructors teach from a common curriculum where the pace and complexity is adjusted to the skill level of the group.
At 12:00PM, campers break for lunch. During lunch campers have the opportunity to play MLB the Show on the PS4, take in some baseball programming on one of our 5 big screen TVs and enjoy some downtime watching some of the Hard 90 Alumni hitting during the lunch hour. Snaps for baseball cards is also a mainstay during camp lunches.
At 1:00PM, campers start the afternoon with a dynamic warmup and static stretch.
At 1:15PM, the campers start the afternoon programming which consists of fun games that reinforces skill acquisition from the morning. Camp favorites include a simulated game on the HitTrax, Wiffle Ball on Sudsy Field, and Camp Olympics among many others.
Camps are hosted at The Clubhouse - a state of the art indoor/outdoor training facility.
