Exit Speed Leaderboard December

Hard 90 Baseball has updated the batted ball exit speeds for the month of December. Many of our players have achieved personal records!

Exit speed is measured by The HitTrax Baseball Simulator and calculates the speed of the baseball off of the bat. Exit speed is important because their is a direct correlation between how hard the ball is exit and the offensive success of the play.

Hard 90 rigorously trains exit speed in Power Hitting, Advanced Power Hitting, High School Hitting and Team Member workouts. Check out our exit speed guide by age.
