The Hard 90 Power Classes were designed to allow players to get quality repetitions in the fundamental movement patterns that are required to be successful on the baseball field. Each one of the classes is taught by a professional instructor that is an expert in the Hard 90 curriculum.
The Power Classes have a set format designed to take the each player from warm up to game simulated situations. The advanced Power classes also include a component designed to increase velocity (throwing and batted ball.)
Elite players at Hard 90 train 4-5 days a week on specific tools (hitting, throwing, speed and fielding.) As players go farther in the game, the team at Hard 90 encourages players to combine the Power Classes with individual private lessons.
