In an effort to continue to support local youth baseball, Hard 90 is offering a FREE Power Hitting Class to interested Little League Fall Ball Teams. Team participants will have the opportunity train at Hard 90 Baseball under the guidance of a professional instructor and learn:
1. Dynamic Warm Up
2. Hitting Posture Drills
3. Tee Progression
4. Overhand Front Toss
5. Hitting Game
