Taking Interest for #2
High School Combine
Hard 90 Baseball will commence its 6th annual High School Combine. This program is like no other offered - it is designed to prepare the high school player for the upcoming high school season.
The combine focuses on 5 Tool Player Development and the specific quantifiable measurements that impact a player's performance on the field. This invite-only program is limited to 12 spots. It is only designed for players that aspire to play baseball in college and are willing to put in the necessary training.
The combine runs 4 days per week with 3 hours each training day. For the best results, players are encouraged to attend a minimum of 3 days per week. The program is broken down into a throwing velocity element, a hitting element and a strength and conditioning element. Players will go through a rigorous workout that will allow them to see great gains.
Over the last five years, we have seen velocity increase on average 5MPH, exit speed increase on average 7MPH and the 60-yard dash time decrease on average .3 seconds.
If you desire to play in college, contact The Clubhouse today to see if you qualify for the Combine.
